Sherrard Public Library District is requesting a 0.04% tax increase to support:

- Staffing
- Programs
- Books, Movies, & More
- Interlibrary Loan Fees
- eBook Fees

Voters may approve (voting "yes") or disapprove (voting "no") on April 1st.  Sherrard Library was only 32 votes short in 2023!​

From the Director's Desk:

Teens (ages 16-18) who are interested in a library career may apply to Job Shadow a Librarian on Thurs, April 10th from 3-4:30 PM.  During this time, participants will learn basic library circulation functions and receive information about library careers!  To apply, teens must email a completed application form (also available at the library's front desk), which features an essay prompt.  The submission deadline is March 28th, and all applicants will receive a response by April 1st with their selection status.

Job Shadow Application

Ballet QC returns to Sherrard Library this month for Dance Me a Story: an interactive storytime featuring dance!  Children ages 2-12 can join us for "Dex: The Heart of a Hero" by Caralyn Buehner on March 25th - registration and a Sherrard Library card is required.
