New year, new resolutions! Want to meet new people or achieve your reading goal this year? Let Sherrard Library help! Join our monthly book clubs, each featuring unique titles to discuss with community members. Registration is not required, but if you'd like your book pre-ordered, please contact the library to join our membership list. Members will have each book club selection automatically ordered under their library account, and will need to return their library copies at the end of the checkout period.
Or, try a Take a Book Break bundle! Each bundle is tailored to you and hand-selected by our librarians, featuring two library books (the only items to return after a three week checkout), a simple craft, and a sweet treat. To improve your book selections, complete the accompanying survey about genres you prefer or to tell us what you liked about the books. Bundles are prepackaged and ready to be picked up on event day anytime during our open hours.
The whole family can join the book bundle fun - simply register your teens for the Tween & Teen Book Bundles, or the kiddos for Take Home Storytime Bags! Each bundle will also include library books tailored to their ages, as well as surprises. All bundles can be picked up on the same day, and the only items to return are the library book selections.
